Refund policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances UNLESS there is an error on our end. Once your order is processed, we will not be able to edit or update any personal information. Please make sure ALL information is correct BEFORE placing your order. Gorgeous Nail Supply will not be held liable for any misinformation. Please make sure your address, name, email and phone number are correct. Any edits that need to be made must be done before placing your order.  We will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. If any problems such as this were to occur, please contact your local post office. Please make sure that you inspect your order within 5 days of delivery for any items that may be missing or broken. 

If any items are damaged, please contact us at support@gorgeousnailsupply.com. Please include your name, phone number and your order number. Please also provide pictures of the damaged items. Please contact us within 5 days of your delivery date. If you contact us after 5 days, we will be unable to fix any issues. Depending on the damage with the item, we will determine if we will fix the issue or if you have to file a claim with the post office.
